Transportation
We provide hospital transportation for all international patients.
Our driver will assist you and your accompanying family members on your arrival
and departure from both airports in Istanbul (Sabiha Gökçen and Ä°stanbul International Airports).
Our driver will meet you at the airport at your arrival time. We constantly check the
landing time of your plane, so you don't have to worry about any delays in landing.
After collecting your bags, please walk towards the exit and look for our driver holding a sign with your name on it.
Visa Requirements
We assist you throughout all the visa application process.
We can send you a confirmation letter for verifying your medical trip or we can issue an appointment confirmation letter if it is required for your visa application.
Accommodation
We offer you several hotel alternatives which offer special rates to our guests.
Options for concierge, shopping, booking and rentals, cargo and postal services, gyms, dry cleaners, pet services, private chef, dedicated staff during your stay and many other tailor-made services.

Private Tours

Private Staff
Upon your request we can provide you with a private nurse or companion to assist with emergencies and help you with matters related to your health condition. We can also provide you with a full time translator/tour guide for the touristic part of your trip if requested.
